2. Appointments and bookings

Appointments can be booked online through our booking partner, Squire, or by walking in, subject to availability. When you book through Squire, you're also agreeing to Squire's own booking terms, shown at the point of booking.

We do our best to run to time, but appointment slots are estimates and may occasionally run later than scheduled due to the nature of the service.

3. Cancellations and no-shows

Free cancellation is available up until the cut-off time shown when you book. Cancelling after this window, or not showing up for your appointment, may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion, charged via the payment method used to secure your booking where applicable.

4. Prices

Prices shown on our website and booking platform are starting ("from") prices and vary depending on the barber you choose, reflecting their experience level. The exact price for your chosen barber and service is confirmed at the time of booking or in the shop.

5. Website use

This website is provided for general information about our services, pricing, and to facilitate bookings. While we try to keep the content accurate and up to date, we don't guarantee the website will be available uninterrupted or completely error-free.

6. Intellectual property
